Mission
Broken Arrows Rodeo Committee
Our mission is to bring a regularly scheduled rodeo to Lake County, thus providing our community with awareness of and opportunity to embrace our ranching history. These events will give our 4-H youth a place to share their projects with the community and will further teach them leadership and organizational skills.
Vision
It all started in the spring of 2023 when two women got together and rallied locals to bring this bit of history and fun back to life.
Leadville had a rodeo in the past and faded away. With the recent growth of the town and the local 4H club, the need for a rodeo and fair to show 4H projects became the driving force behind this endeavor. This has been no small feat for two women, but with the support of their families and the town, it is well underway to happen in 2024.
